Returns and Exchanges
Please note:
Our courier company strictly prohibits customers from trying on items while the delivery driver is present and sending them back with them. All exchange requests must be submitted after you receive your order and within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us through the contact form on our site or via DM with the following details:

The name used to place the order
Exchange requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for our courier to deliver the item(s) you would like in exchange.
Please have the item(s) you wish to return ready and packaged for pickup. You can simply hand them to the courier when they deliver your new item(s).
Returns
Returns are only accepted in the case of a product defect or fault.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.
